A Tiny Page on or about Japan

Web pages on specific subjects have an odd way of being born by my hand: They almost always start life out as a simple scratch-pad of sorts for handy URLs that are of interest to me personally or relate to my computer habit...er, work. This page is no exception. Hopefully it will stay tiny....then again, maybe not!

• A mirror of Jim Breen's nihongo archive is also available here. It contains all sorts of goodies like JWP, the Windows freeware program that allows you to type in Japanese, print vertically, etc. as well as EDICT, Jim Breen's Japanese-English dictionary.

• Pioneer, which has the most awesome recordable laser disc players.
• Count Down TV which is the top 100 countdown of current popular music in Japan.
• NTV's Anime line-up.
• Tokyo Rockin, the on-line publication dedicated to the alternative scene in Tokyo.
• Neko Manga - The story of a Kitten. ^_^ You have to see it.
• Tokyo FM was Tokyo's first commercial radio station, established in 1970. Complete with music charts.
• Mid Japan, is a radio station broadcasting news in English and Japanese over Real Audio. Click on "News" to get to the RealAudio interface.
• FM Yokohama 84.7 broadcasts some of their programming via RealAudio as well.
• Impress Radio has a bunch of stations on RealAudio.
